Yeah, dgvoodoo is great! I think Thirteen uses Dege's wrapper actually(or a modified one), but includes some .ini files to that specifc game and the other ones. So, it's just a pack of what you posted before with minor tweaks. =]

What the heck?! Maybe I should play the PS2 version? Any downsides for that compared to the buggy PC version?
1. Are light shafts supposed to create grid-like shapes when they hit the environment?
2. Why are pre-rendered cutscenes so tiny? My resolution is 1680x1050 and every time the game goes into one of those (news flash, etc.), it's a tiny square box in the center of the screen, which looks dumb. In-game cutscenes look fine.
3. There was a 4th file inside the widescreen fix mod called msacm32.dll. Was I supposed to copy and paste that one to System alongside scripts? Cuz I did that, but I'm not sure if it breaks anything since OP didn't mention it.
2. I dunno. There's no other fix that can do it in fullscreen.
