tutorial for mods

I am really interested in installing the mods for the game and ive been watching the tutorial videos but i am very concerned and curious if using r2modman is actually safe for mods, if so i may need help understanding how to correctly install mods including when not wanting to use the mods how do i uninstall them?

r2modman is not needed just get the thunderstore mod manger ez to use just add/delete mods with ease just get BepInExPack first on the thunderstore mod manger then add mod after.
