i've been seeing people mod custom characters for example SilentManJoe or recommended tweets of people showing off their characters or meme ones (like Freddy or Goku) and i can't find any good youtube tutorial on how to mod the characters, i want, need and require help

Try joining the Team Reptile discord server. There is a modding channel on there where the community is actively working on mods and sharing tools and tutorials. :)
