blue dot in versum hill

so there is a blue dot at versum hill im confused on getting. it seems to be poiting to a wall/ceiling. is this something i come back to later?

I had the same glitch, but it's just a glitch. For some reason if you go to Versum when you have a certain story objective, the map marker does that, but it's just trying to tell you to go progress the main story and messing up a little.

lol, I also spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure this out before assuming it was a glitch and moving on.

that is fair. I first assumed it was a glitch so ill prog through the mall a bit and see if it goes away.
