Can't open Bike Garage door despite finishing Chapter 4

So I own this game on Switch, I just finished chapter 4. Apparently I got a text from Tryce saying that I can now use Bikes, but one problem... the garage door that the bikes are at won't open.

How do I open it?

You change rides at hangout in the central tower of rooms. From bottom to top is bike, skateboard, blades.

Those bike doors you see contain collectible items usually, you need to be sitting on a bike on the square to open them. The skateboards and blades also have unique things they can interact with too

The garage door at the Hideout that lets you change out your BMX rides not opening is a known issue on the Switch port. I have no idea if there's a fix or not, but I've seen other people having the same problem. Hopefully it'll get patched whenever Nintendo lets them.

Just make sure you don't give all the default BMX characters other rides. You'll need at least one BMX character for unlockables and stuff.
