Green Oldhead in Millennium Mall

This oldhead is gonna drive me crazy because it feels like there is a secret there. Does anyone have any idea what it could be because I am racking my brain trying to see if there is a secret.

If you look above where they are you see a bunch of grindable rails, grindable rails usually means goodies and stuff.

If I remember correctly, you're only missing graffiti spots to get full REP in the Mall and a mixtape

I nailed all the graffiti spots and unlocked oldhead, I also went up there and got the mixtape but the green oldhead is still there and being cryptic

He was talking about the Dot EXE crew and how they have hearts just like everyone else. I went up to him as a Dot EXE member and he didnt say anything and even when I approached him as a fellow Oldhead, the green oldhead just up and disappeared.

I think most of the oldheads stay on their spot after unlocking their areas just to give lore

This one seems so out of place, because she's the only one that's not in the same color tracksuit as the others. I too feel like there's more to her.

It's so weird and I don't know if it's just ment to be a red hearing but imma keep exploring to see if there is a secret there
