I'm doing research for not nefarious purposes and I'm genuinely curious about something: HOW exactly was Red's voice filter effect achieved? Same deal with Swi-- I mean "Base" - with those filters they're some of the funnest characters in the game bar few and if anyone, god willing a dev, can answer this I'd be deeply grateful!

They cut off the VA's head and replaced it with a robot one, duh. Hope this helps.

Most likely a distructor with mayyyyyyyyybe a frequency shifter thrown in there for good measure
