Is the 69 second manual achievement broken?

I was finding a spot i can do manual loops and i even reset and tried many things but could not get the achievement. Is this something in post game or a bit im missing or is it not working? I loop basically up then down a ramp since resets the timer so I thought i found how to do it but it wont complete.

You have to be using a skateboard to get the achievement, the other two movestyles won't unlock it since they technically don't do manuals.

Thank you i will def try that. I was on BMX and i don't know the terms i guess. oops

Go to Versum Hill. Start from the top cause slopes reset the manual timer. The slopes around that area can actually be circled infinitely by the cluster of billboards that are in a square or triangle (I forgot what formation they were in)

I actually got it. It was because I had the BMX bike and not a skate board. Thanks for the help tho. I did this circle loop thing but it matters what you are using to manual.
