Pyramid Park tube

There was a cutscene where the Devil Theory guys went near a tube and I can't find it and I don't know where else to go. I slid under a place that gives me an Mailbox that I can TP from the middle to the bottom, but I don't know where to go next

From the mail box at the top go out the windows onto the grind rails, get on the left one and follow it to the end, from there turn left and head down in a straight line till you see a quarter pipe, go off of it and jump boost forward and to the left, the platform you land on if you do it right has one entrance to the tube.

I'm also stuck here. There's a big glass door that I can't break blocking my way. There's also a red machine thingy that looks like it should do something, but I can't interact with it.
