[SOLVED] All Graffiti In Mataan issue!

So i have gone through the WHOLE MAP of mataan and got every single graffiti i could find and have been using the Map Chip for ur phone to locate them all my map is completely cleared and yet i have one more graffiti left to find i cant find it ANYWHERE on the map nor when im riding around ? is this a bug/glitch or is there a secret one that doesnt show on the map?

Have you got the unlockable character for the region? usually they unlock a graffiti spot.

Yea i unlocked the char, the last quest he wants you to do is race him acroos the skyscrapers and at the end the usual hit the graffiti but afterwards nothing happened i have 360/368 REP im still riding around been doing this for 2 hours total so far LOL

OH also got the other char too aka futurism but nothing still aside from getting a few graffiti to use

I have a spot left on the map, but don't know how to get to it. It's right at the start next to the highway on top of a building, between fences.

Go back to where you fight the final boss and take the elevator platform upwards... That area loops back to the beginning of Mataan

I tried that, but botched it I guess. Character started vibrating near wall and just fell through, so I thought that might not be the way.

Oh that one? if u get off ur board or skates or bmx and left click (idk the button for melee for controller) then jump you do like a 2x jump over the fence.

it took me awhile to figure out but jumping off the bridge then turning left onto the roof then melee attack then jump u can get over the fence easily

The backflip? Doesn't seem to be like an extra jump to me. Trying to do a boosted trick, which does have forward movement gets me to the fence quick but doing it before or after the double jump still not getting me there height wise.

Also even if jumping from the bridge got me in there, that wouldn't be a way out so I think I'm just missing something entirely.

Go on foot, Do a cartwheel (Y on xbox) then jump, you'll jump over the fence. That's how I did it. I also had to look up how to do it too lol.

Wish I had any idea about yours. If the map is truly clear that's usually a side character thing from what I'm seeing but you said you have Coil.

Yea ive gone through every area with my phone out and ive gotten coil i honestly dont know where else i can check

i had this same problem. i thought my game bugged.
i found it though! i will try to describe it as accurately as possible so bare with me.

you know where there are those three moving bull heads? they move back and forward.
its near the first area, in between there and the second area.
go to those moving bull heads, then turn around, and look at the bridge that brought you there. look at the blue billboard. you will see some more bullheads in the background, but they are not moving.

super easy to miss, and the area those immobile bullheads bring you too is far enough out of bounds that you can't see the last spray on your map.
