How do you the 69 second manual achievement? Like Skateboard or Bike?

I'm a little bit confused about how to do it. Is there a really easy spot do to this?

Has to be on skateboard. I found that doing the one open area with the slope in Versum Hill made it very easy. You can just go up the ramp and back down to infinitely manual, as it resets the timer when you're going down.

If you boost trick (press boost and any trick button at the same time), it resets your manual timer. It also depletes the boost gauge, but you can refill it with a regular trick or two, so in reality, all you *need* is a long straight area where you can manual without running into walls or cars, and preferably a grind rail nearby to give you a good starting speed. The main floor of the mall is good for this, but really any wide open space works.
