17 Penguins locations? Help please

I found 10 of them so far but I can't find the other 7 penguins. Do you know any tricky locations by chance?

In the pyramid maze, once you enter the first room take the door on your left, on the right wall in that room from where you enter, there is a really think window with a room inside, it's barely noticable but there is a penguin in there.

I think found 5 at pyramid island, 2 at the mall, 1 at the hill, and 2 at the bus terminal area.

No luck so far, do you mean before you take the boat or after the boat ride?

Found two at the hill, the giant one on the side of the building right at the start and another in the reinforced glass wall area just a bit further down the road.

Actually, I only found one at the mall and the other one at the final area with the elephants.

There is a third one in under groud oasis area in a room with a slide entrance along one of the walls near the snakes

Another can be found in Millennium Square in the secret area with a slide entrance at the drain half pipe near the exit to Blink Terminal

Bottom floor of Pyramid Island before you go through the gate that Rise lets you through: there's some buildings on the left with an alley between them. That alley has billboards you can ride and jump up to the left to get on a rooftop.

Look across the alley you just ran through and a blue billboard will be there (you may have even had to use that board to get on this roof). If you run on that board, toward the ocean, and then boost jump around the corner; you'll find a small alcove with 4 of the penguins piled together.

EDIT: you CAN just jump straight off of the boards and into the area without touching the rooftop, but since you're not sure where it is: using that roof to stop and look might help.
