Where do you get Bel's outfits?

I have all of them for the other starting characters, but I can't find Bel's at all, anybody know?

winter outfit can be found at planet plaza, above the entrance with the 2 space dogs where you have the crew battle with the Eclipse, once you get above the entrance go behind the yellow cylinder and it'll be right there. Hope this helps.

One is at the mall. In the post box near spinning car. Just do slide track around the car and hit the 3 robots.
Can't remember where last one is. I know I found it before the crew battle with eclipse and only did the first robot post as soon as you leave hideout
