16 Years since Release. So much Time gone through my first Finish.

There is no harder Fight than the that one with "!YOURSELF"/ your Shadow/ your Darkside. If you see Link on the Water Temple fight his own Dark Spirit as one of the best Fights in the Game- History and really rough because he nearly counters everything. Than there was Spiderman 3 where Venow showed, even a Peter Park had a lot of Trouble deep inside of himself, even if he has a lucky Life-Periode beeing on the Sunshine Side. In Legend of Zelda Twillight Princess was shown Dark Link again. Every Hero struggling. And than there was Metroid Prime 2 Echoes & Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Samus Aran Fights vs Dark Samus as her strongest Opponent ever.

This Time it looks like the Dark Side is helpful like Venom by Spiderman make him stronger and help where the Prince would be lost. But the Deal with the Devil never ends good?

+++ I love the Story of the Trilogy even if had sad Moments but its a good Ending

+ 6 Life Upgrades really well hidden & challenging, even on easy not that easy & without Sand Rewind/ Slowmotion sometimes nearly impossible

+ 4 Boss Fights with some unique Tactics to beat, sure the Vizier is the best one

+ Mental Area at the End (like a few Spots from Sand of Time & Warrior Within & 1 Tricky Puzzle to go back (sadly the Ending no Kakulukiam for Farah again, but the Time is an Ocean Beginning of Sand of Time

+ Gallery with Illustrations with Sands of Time & Warrior Within and all for 1500 Sandpoints, i did over 2000

+/- Game Bug Middle Tower ( only Help in Community Hub but not fixed, watch Video, stop Wallrun RMB when reacg the Leaves/Green)

- low Game Time if you rush trough

- not many Help with the right Way like Sand ot Time

-sometimes there could be more Time Sand sometimes less, not always good balanced

-sometimes fast new Save Points, sometimes very far away

- some Areas are very empty

- Enemys evolved but Dagger not & long Way till u get the Father Sword

- Enemys very much the Same like Warrior Within only other Design

- the big Statue Puzzle was a little bit to much running from Side to Side & Try and Error

- could have some more Water Points

- no Screenshots with F12

I love this Trilogy and i am happy i finish it twice. Really worth to replay after such long time a second Walkthrough.

The last game in the classic Prince of Persia trilogy

The new gameplay now includes elements of stealth and the ability to do more damage without being seen or heard. Exploration and making progress through climbing, swinging, jumping, sliding and wall-running are still a huge part of the game, which is awesome. They even added some chariot levels. But the biggest change and probably the most important one, is the appearance of the Prince's alter ego

The Dark Prince is manifested by an internal voice that speaks to the Prince... at first. The Dark Prince is cold, cruel, arrogant, and sarcastic, and attempts to convince the Prince that they are the same person. And that the Prince should strive to serve only himself, using the Prince's vengeance as a catalyst for his other emotions. On many occasions, the Dark Prince seizes control of the Prince's body. And the Prince is then fully transformed into a kind of hybrid sand monster with new abilities that allow him to pass otherwise insurmountable obstacles

While searching for the Vizier, the Prince encounters Farah, who does not remember him, and is surprised that the Prince knows her name. Despite this, the pair begin to grow an entirely new romance together

Yuri Lowenthal's iconic soothing voice is back. The Prince would not be the same without it. Beautiful monologues scattered through-out the game make it so much more enjoyable. The music has Persian influences, but is much more epic than Sands of Time. With a touch of grandeur and heroism

Some of the characters are familiar to the player, others are new and provocative. But with no doubt, they're all unique and interesting. The Prince changes his appearance several times, as the corruption keeps getting further. There are a lot of weapons, secrets, and other hidden items scattered around the levels

The game looks great, as it shows you the very roofs of Babylon and then down into the depths of the city's dry well


Solid gameplay, amazing music and voice-acting, great and intriguing storyline. I think the last part of this trilogy really mixed all of the best from the previous games. Thus creating an incredible game that feels great to play

Ahh Prince of Persia. Assassins Creed's older acrobatic brother. This game is great. Youve got combos, sick acrobatic puzzles, and time control. TIME CONTROL! Wanna cheat death by rewinding time to get out of a bottemless pit? easy. messed up a stealth kill on an eenmy and wanna second chance? hit that R button. there are some annoying points though. Some of the jump puzzles are devious. But overall, this game is definatly worth a playthrough. dont even mind the crap graphics, about 5 minutes in, u wont even notice. and besides, its better to have a great game with crappy graphics *cough, zelda, cough*, then a 1080p game that sucks ass. *cough, COD Ghosts, cough*. So go pick it up and get your prince on.

• Supports Xbox 360 controller.
  
• Runs great on Win 10 with no crashes or whatever.
  
  In short "totally worth it".

Ah yes, when the Prince still had balls.

Reliving childhood memorys…and nevertheless still sucking at this game, great times.

SoT is like a child, WW is like a teenager, TT is like an adult.

The prince of Persia games, everyone remembers at least one of them, right? I had a flashback the other day, I was in my first year of highschool, it was the mid 2000’s and things were looking up for me, I had good friends, I had a girlfriend and out of school activities.

I grew up in a poor household so I didn't have many things back then. I had a crappy computer with 512 mb of ram with a crt monitor and like 64 gb of hard drive, I was stuck with the cheapest internet connection my dad could afford which was a 512 kbps from the local phone company, downloading games wasn’t like it is today at all and as a poor Greek teenager in highschool I didnt really have money to buy games and neither did my parents, enter the video game forums.

That was like a paradise for me since there were lots of games uploaded in .rar files of 10-20 parts roughly, now 99.9% of these games I couldn't play because of my very very limited hardware but I grabbed the ones I could run, among these was PoP: the two thrones.

It was one of the first 3D assassin styled games I had ever played and I had such a blast doing so, it was the most exciting thing to sneak around the little levels and stealth kill every enemy, the kill animations (even though there were only like 2 or 3 variations of it) were the best.

I felt like such a professional assassin playing it, the boss fights were epic and felt rewarding because I had such a hard time beating them (not that the boss fights were difficult it was just that my really bad computer had a hard time running the game at all and would lag a lot all the time so even pulling off a steal kill clicking the left mouse button at the right time was hard enough already).

Skip forward 17 years and I felt the itch, and I noticed that game I pirated back in the day was on sale for like 2 dollars on Steam, so I thought to myself: Time to get drunk on some nostalgia.

Then I installed it, 5 minutes download 1.2 gb, nothing compared to the 2 days it took me to download it on my previous internet and computer. Amazing! Let's drown in nostalgia or so I thought.

The very first thing I noticed was that the characters didnt sound as epic as I remembered them, the voice acting was delivered in a very dry and very robot like tone, the lack of facial animation didnt help but that's understandable for the technology at the time. On the other hand the voice actors felt like they never really gave an F about the story, they were just reading the chapter of a book in class in front of the teacher because they happened to make eye contact with her when she asked. Completely subpar.

The gameplay, it felt beyond clunky, the camera is a disaster, the movement is unresponsive, the combat feels really strange, it does have somewhat of a combo system but that doesnt really matter anyway since the enemies have invincibility frames when you hit them x number of times and you dont, apart from that the combat is extremely easy and the stealth kills even more so, I think I'd regard it more like a puzzle platformer than an action game given how little variety there is in the combat.

The platforming CAN be good, but is not good all the time, especially in areas where you have to move the camera around or push your joystick / direction keys to a specific position and the character decides it wants to move sideways anyway because yes. The ambience in the game is decent and the variety is not much but the few levels where you get to go around more open areas are good.

My favourite was the music. Stuart Chatwood really outdid himself with this score. It was so climatic, it will stay in my heart forever.

Scenery was cool in T2T. Not so dark and grim like in WW and had some colorful spots like the Gardens and the Upper City. The Tower of Babylon that was always present on the horizon gave a great sense of scale of the city (even though it was barely a 2D sprite).

All in all, it was a good game when I first played it and I attribute that to the "first experience" effect and I'm glad I got to play the game before I got so critical of everything that comes my way, a time when everything was the best simply because it worked.

If there's one thing I've learned from all of this is that nostalgia should stay where it came from, buried deep inside out hearts as a beautiful memory of something good. And that in gaming no matter how good you remember a game to be, it is not worth it to really find out if it was as good as you remember, better let it stay as a memory, as a distant song of better times playing in repeat inside your head.

Now I’m all depressed but don’t go by my poor experience, there’s still some good gaming to be had here, but temper your expectations and remember unlike I did that this is a product of its time and now almost 20 years old.
