You have to abuse the "Forced Walker" mechanic. Basically you have to build your roads in a way that forces the water carrier to march across your whole city by having no direct connection between the buildings entry and exit point.

And is he able to go though all the street? It seems too long.

It is. That's the point. A walker will always spawn on the green tile and despawn on the red one. If you connected the loop, he would turn back and go the shorter route. But without that connection, he is forced to walk the entire way to the red tile. He has no choice. Hence, "Forced Walker".

Keep in mind though, that the building will not send another walker out while the first one is still on the way. So if you make the loop too big, houses might lose water access between visits.

Yes. it is necessary study very carefully even to guarantee the services to the house and the goods to the services without break the magical structure. Probabily I'll do it in some personalized mission standard with humid weather and plane and large territory

I've succeed. I ised it in the Alexandria mission. I didn't use the scheme of 𝕸𝖊𝖑𝖆𝖌𝖎𝖚𝖘 because honestly I didn't able to undestand it :P I have elaborated a version of mine of the street structure forcing the walker path. It's a complicated system and very delicate. An hail storm is been enough to leave the houses without services with disastering effects. However with the old Phaaoh, this is undoubtely a very powerful instrument, but with "New Era" is impossible to use because to weird and incomprensible culture level system. Indeed I had to cancel almost all my city and re-start with the old districts-plan so to finish the mission.
