Love ATC4, but not in the steam version

I think, ATC4 is one of the best ATC simulator game. Thanks TB. But its very sadness to read this FAQ about "There are no real airlines." Why? In your local shop and on the pirate resources we can play English version with real airlines. Why it doen't realize in the steam version? I think it has something to do with legality issues with JAL and such, so they just avoided them all together. I was gonna buy too until I saw the fake airlines.

All ATC series' foreign (i.e. non-Japanese) versions have been using generic airline names since the era of ATC3. There's even the voice files for "Blue Air" and so on left in the Japanese version.

Edit. I maybe wrong due to timetable mode. But still unclear what that mode does.

Ummm yeah.... Puzzle game. So when you beat a level it's going to be the same every time. Boring.... So no replay value. Yeah "Game Scenarios" AKA Puzzle game. This game would be much better as a simulation and much more fun.

This is a simulation though. This is a japan style simulator. Thats why the japanese versions use real airlines

If you play level 1 or 2 or whatever it will always play the same. Sadly other ATC sims are not as refined as this game. It would be epic if someone could mod the game to randomize the traffic to make it more like a sim.

Um... you do know there is a timetable mode right? Also I agree, I would love to see more options to that mode but it does exist

I'm not aware of this time table mode as I don't own the game. I'm on the fence about purchase this game. The price is a bit to steep for a 2015 game.

Nope. but changing the wind direction changes everything. That was why i was saying I wish there was some more customizability to it. But im sure there are going to be more airports added to teh future which means more timetables. But in all fairness there is over 60 hours to chose from so you can always have a uniqure experience. And is simulated that at teh end of teh day you dealing with planes getting towed to parking and arrivals while in the morning your dealing with international flights coming in from overnight flights to land at the international terminal and your handling all the morning departures and planes being towed from parking to gates. I was on the hinge as well during the price and then found out about the timetable. Decided to give it a chance and worst case scenarioi request a refund and next thing I know im well over 5 hours.
