What is this MOD?:
Character Editor allows edit the appearance, skills and also profession of existing characters!

Motivation for Creating the Mod:
Why is the appearance of my favorite character fixed, despite having them?
So I created this mod because I questioned this.

How to Use:
You can use the Character Editor from the employee's personal menu.
Employees bar -> Overview of Employees -> (Click the character who you want to edit) -> Below the profile picture, click the "Character Editor" button.
Then, feel free to make changes just like when creating a CEO.

Regarding the Modification Functions for Skills and Perks:
I perceive these modification functions as a "Job Change" feature, emulating the "Job Change" function in the game "Game Dev Story(ゲーム発展国++)".

Changing a character's "profession" is considered a "job change," and upon doing so, some Skill points are reduced (by default, a 10% reduction, which can be adjusted in the Config).
Allowing unlimited job changes and Skill point adjustments could lead to an easier game balance, so this reduction is implemented as a difficulty adjustment.
Of course, if you prefer, you can set it in the Config so that there is no reduction.

The function of Perks is not associated with the "Job Change," but it may be subject to change in the future.
For the function of Perks, the "Total Perks Count," which sets the maximum perks count in advance, and the "Is Individual Perk Count Applied," which can fix the amount of change according to the number of Perks each character has, can be modified in the Config.
Combining powerful Perks may potentially make the game balance easier, so future changes are being considered.

Great mod! However, I can't seem to get this updated version to work. The dll file you uploaded in November still works, but this latest one is literally a no-show for me for some reason. It's not listed when I press F1

In addition, the images you posted suggests that skill points can be increased somehow. If possible, how is this done? I tried tinkering with the multipliers inside BepinEx but I can only get skill points to decrease, not increase.

Thanks again.

Thank you for your comment.

First, about your initial question.
Are you possibly referring to the "Character Editor for BepInEx 6.x"?
Apologies for the lack of clarity, but this is a plugin created specifically for certain users.
The plugin that was created in November should be sufficient for the latest version for daily use.
Also, if you are using it with BepInEx 6.x, configuration settings using [F1] are not possible.
This is because the BepInEx community-developed configuration manager is not prepared for 6.x for now.

Regarding your second question, I believe you are referring to the "Job Change" feature.
This is a function that allows you to change a character's "Profession" in exchange for lowering skill points.
The modification of the multipliers is intended for this difficulty setting.
I'm sorry, but there is no plan to make it possible to set these multipliers above 100%.

Feel free to ask if you have more questions!

if you wish to change the skill cap, you can do so by using Custom Skill Cap Mod.

First of all, thanks for the effort. I am following the instructions, but it just won't work for me. I extract the 3 files one after the other into the "Mad Games Tycoon 2" folder. (I seem to have to overwrite files in the last one). It simply does not work. Should only data from a certain folder be copied? I have tried many steps and variations without success. Maybe someone can make a short but detailed installation video, please?

I've made an installation video right away. I hope this resolves the issue.
If you have any questions, please feel free to comment.
