How to make arcade cabinets?
When i try to make arcade cabinet game game tells me to choose a platform, but when i try to do that there's an empty list! How to fix it?

You have to buy an Arcade Board first under Development Kits.

But if you use a save game that is a few days old, then unfortunately this is not possible. The new platforms for arcade cabinets are only released with new save games.

I started a new game today, but i can not build any arcade cabinets games because there is no dev kit avaible. any ideas?

The first platform for arcade cabinets will be introduced in February 1976.
At the same time, you need to research the workshop to develop an arcade cabinet game.

The last arcade dev kit is the "Arcade System 2500" in year 02/2005.
It has no end date, but maybe there is an end to arcade in general?

When I start a new game in 2015 the first available dev kit is the "Arcade System 2500".
Without any research. It has to be on your end then.
All you have to do is buy the dev kit, research workshop, then create a new arcade cabinet game and select the dev kit.
I've just tested it with a new 2015 game.
