what you aren't telling is that it takes from 1980 to 2015 to train workers to 90
training is not worth it it just takes too long
... If that's happening in your game, there's something going wrong.
Toilet/lounge too far away/too small?
People walking for miles to them?
No decoration making your training room not slow down motivation decay?
You just choose training once and don't use automatic, so they're all just idling?
A bug?
Everyone has the slow learner perk?
So many things that could be happening...
Anyhow, as far as speed goes, if your studio is at three stars or above, marketing-> Employee Search for 70-75 employees is usually faster than training 30-35 rookies up... Costs a lot more unless you're impossibly lucky, but faster. And 70-75 employees can passively train themselves to 90 by doing stuff...
Training isn't meant to be a "quick fix" to bad employees, really. The only quick fix for bad employees in this game is... Unemployment. ;)
