Nothing about this games graphics are that impressive, that you can't have 60 fps at native. Another unoptimized game in the works

"it looks like a ps3 game" can never be a insult since while its currently somewhere in my closet to make way for a 360 it is my favorite ps model. i dont buy all those new ones because every game under the sun gets ported. same can be said with newer xbox models.

you can have the best looking game made in the entire world, but it won't mean **** if the gameplay is straight up ass

I'm not saying the game has to have the most advanced realistic graphics but it at least needs to look appealing. I own a ps3 and a 360. as far as im concerned those two consoles are there xbox an ps peaked. not to sure why you are getting mad at me when i clearly dont care. hell i grew up with pokemon red an blue. do you honestly think i care about something as dumb as graphics?

You can't brute force good graphics on such a dated engine,simple as that. And no amount of ray tracing or super high resolutions are going to make it a pretty looking game.
However, most people know what to expect from Team Ninja and that is excellent gameplay.

Considering it gets a steady 60fps at 1440p on PS5 without scaling, I'd say it's probably fine. We'll know in 2 and a half hours. That said, the last game released on this engine on PC (Strangers of Paradise) had PC issues thanks to publishing the wrong version of the game assets on launch, but that's fixable in a patch.
