Is this game also in english? If so how do you change the language.

Hello! I have no idea whats causing it but i am experiencing a lot of lag and none of the settings i can choose can alleviate it. I am still just at the beginning, but each fight takes like 3-5 minutes due to the insane loading times. It shouldn't be a RAM or PC problem. I hope someone can help me with this because this looks rather interesting. Are there any settings I can lower to make it load in a reasonable amount of time? Or is this the fault of the developer?...
