Stuck at zipline (press E does not show) - Mission 2 B2 level kill Lars Hellstrom

I follow youtube walkthrough, looks like others when stand close to the zipline post, it showing "press E for zipline", but my game does not, may I know which part i am missing or not done yet.

The prompt is finicky. Move around and it'll show up eventually.

Is the level above or below you, as in you at the top or bottom or the zip line. If at the bottom you need the zip line motor perk that allows you to go up and down zip lines.

Yeah handy being able to do the perks without restarting the mission, unlike weapons lol
