All of the DLC are just skins?

basicly thats a Yes as that *free DLC map we got extra is included...
and
all DLC be 100% optional
and have no say / inpact in u completeion of the game = u all good without em... :D

I'm pretty sure a bunch of the DLC adds weapons, though, not just skins...

Yes.

But it seems to me that at one time there were new weapons offered in DLC. But I feel like those DLCs are gone.
