Second, you make your jugment on another person based on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ post in social media crap. You understand all of this may be a lie? Do you even think of this scenario and possible consequences of it?
I really don't want to argue with you on celebrity drama because its all so petty but all I can say is, yes, pro and private life are separate and its incumbent on the public figure to maintain it. Ego and a lack of impulse control won the day here and there's more than enough evidence to show for it (I'm still waiting for some counter-evidence because you literally just muh fake newsed me).
Also she as well as other seiyuus REPRESENT the anime industry. You simply can't just go doing or saying whatever under the court of public opinion without it dominoing into a PR nightmare for the companies you work for. Also its a matter of social sanitation in Japanese culture. It is what it is.
So this seems to have happened 3+ months ago and they remove her from the game after she retires, honestly looks more like she cant provide her voice acting for the character so they need to change the VA so they can keep using the character in future content, at least thats AT. idk about the rest of her VA'd characters.
I never paid attention to Sora's VA sadly so I will not even be able to notice the difference but am glad the company addressed the issue politely and discreetly.
