Stuttering Issues

Hi does anyone have random stuttering issues? I don't know exactly when they occur, but around when there's something *new* like a dialogue or interaction, but not really when I enter a new area (altho they occur, just rarely).

Unreal Engine things, I know there is fixes for it like preloading shaders but I can't seem to follow any guides for those since I don't find the Engine.ini file...

Yes, there are some minor stutterings from point to point.

game run fine except one big stutter ever couple of minutes very annoying

For me was in:

 
C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\SongOfNunu\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini

There is no longer an Engine.ini file to view or edit at that directory for this game, or I can't find it at least

there is no engine.ini file and the stutter is crazy

This game is in dire need of a preload shader option or even at least a async shader option, 1st playthrough is a stuttering mess but then if replaying its smooth until you obviously update nvidia driver then its back to stuttering, shame as its a nice looking game

just create the engine.ini put those lines in save and set read only done

I think the problem lies with the Unreal engine itself. Stuttering is an issue with just about every game that uses it, and instead of piling on new features, the Unreal engine folks really need to spend some time working on these stuttering issues.
