Unable to equip the flute

Someone else having issues taking out their flute? I've been pressing the button but Nunu seems to just put his flute back right after pressing it.

Hi! Are you playing on controller or keyboard/mouse? If you are playing on keyboard/mouse did you rebind this action in the key settings?

I have the same issue. i'm playing on keyboard and i did rebind this action. But as I didn't seem to be able to suceed to take out the flute, I had to reset the keys and it worked ! Very annoying tho, I have to redo my key settings aftewards because I just can't move properly otherwise...

I have the same issue, and yes im playing on keyboard/mouse and rebound this action. Tried to reset the keybinds, and this time it works. But I cant play with this keybind :(

Hi, I am playing with Keyboard/mouse and I did rebound my keybindings. I am currently using an AZERTY keyboard so rebinding the action is really the only option.

To fix this issue I did what the other commenters here suggested and reset my bindings. Additionally, I changed my keyboard layout to a QWERTY one. It is inconvenient but it is currently the only way.

Clearly the issue lies in rebinding the "Equip Flute/Release" action using a keyboard/mouse. I'm not sure if this is also the case using a controller.

Hey, I have the exact same issue here. Only the pre-setted binding works on keyboard, and no matter which binding I change it to on my keyboard, Nunu instantly puts it back again.

Same problem, honestly, took me out of the game. I'll get back to it in a few hours, hoping it's been patched, because if i have to go change my settings every single time just to be able to use an obligatory feature of the game, well, it's kinda crappy

Hey guys i found a fix for this problem, you press "windows + R" and type "%temp%" then go back to local, or simply put this "C:\Users\"the user name"\AppData\Local\SongOfNunu" then go to saved, config, windows, select "GameUserSettings" with the right mouse button then edit it, it will appear like a text file what u have to do now is to search for "CancelFlute" to do so u gotta press "Ctrl+F" then type "cancelflute" then press next, it will appear next u'll find "(ActionName="CancelFlute",Key=A)" u have to simply change the key="A" to anything else, save it and the bug will no longer appear again in game u can take out ur flute with any button u've selected. U're welcome guys.
EDIT : don’t forget to make that file in read only in it’s properties.
