It's always surprising to me how some seem unaware that it's completely normal and expected for there to be video games that consist of these sorts of slow paced, less interactive, linear, simple puzzle solving driven, fairly brief designs. And that they've existed for decades, with games like Stray just being one of their contemporary forms today.
I also continue to be amused by the "People only enjoy it because you play as a cat" critique, when playing as a cat is a central premise of the game and the enjoyment people derive from it. Sure, it's mechanically, narratively, atmospherically, and artistically pleasing to a lot of people, too. But being the cat is certainly a valid reason to enjoy it, too. Again, arguably the central premise of the game. "You only like this game because it lets you do something in it that you like!" isn't the winning argument people think it is.
Family sharing would show on his recently played list even if it wasn't in his games list, just like refunding it would show as recently played even if removed from games list due to refund
But this account has played no steam games since prior to this games release
8 years on steam and you own almost no games and play mostly free ones, your opinion is pretty irrelevant
If you instead like a game with a good story, lots of little details in the surroundings and interesting characters and lots of exploration to find even more interesting details. This *is* the game for you.
I guess you're the former one.
