Concern and Idea From A Switch Player

There are crashes... annoyingly random ones that I cannot exactly recreate. Manage to hit at least one per run though. Applied a 5th burn stack to the Eldritch final boss... crash. Started a fight against Pay2Win... crash. One of my guys drank the survival potion... crash. Doing the same basic action again doesn't recrash. The annoying part is no autosave though. It really should be autosaving every event. If I quit to menu and continue it marks there and after a crash I have to start back from th...

Unfortunately, I have to agree. The difficulty of this game in Cataclysm is too much.

I love this game. I was instantly addicted and no lifed it through all three scenarios. I thought it was very well balanced and saw myself spending a lot of time trying to perfect it, however as soon as I started C1 that changed drastically. The sheer difficulty curve from the original scenarios to the cataclysm ones is astounding, and the game I played just before this one was Darkest Dungeon 2. The damage scale alone that happens in C1 makes me wonder how insane it is in C3. Unfortunately, the sheer ...

Better tooltips

Whenever you run into a tooltip that you think needs improving, post it here. I'll start off with the capsule Armored: "For each missing echo, reduces damage by 8%." Obviously the effect applies to damage TAKEN, not damage DEALT. Just stating that it effects "damage" is unhelpful....

Not sure what I'm missing once you get to Cataclysm

Enemies seem to be dishing out *way* more damage than I can possibly mitigate or heal. Regular mobs are hitting two or three teammates for 100-150, and there's 3-4 of them per fight. What am I supposed to be doing? I've tried stacking blind and other debuffs on enemies, I've tried stacking capsules on a healer, I've tried using armor/protection, and I've tried doing all three of these things at once. Any tips?...

Balancing
We've received a lot of feedback about the difficulty of Cataclysm mode. In addition to new mechanics to learn, enemies were gaining too many stats, so we're lowering Monster Power and Hit Points by 10% in Cataclysm modes 1, 2 and 3.

Elisen:
Fluid Combustion: skill cost reduced from 45 to 40 energy.
Incendiary Blade: direct damage increased by 10%.

Modjo:
Marking territory: energy gain increases from 20 to 25 (and 4 charges instead of 5).

Hellmut:
Crimson cascade: skill cost reduced from 70 to 65 energy.

Zoe:
House smoke: skill cost drops from 60 to 55 energy.
The Soporific Gas now inflic damage.

Carmenide:
Echo of chaos: direct damage increased by 10%.

Pepperbeard:
One for the road: skill cost reduced from 50 to 45 energy.

Bugs:

The game will no longer crash when you obtain passives by killing the second boss when you already had all your passives.

Tooltips:

We've corrected or improved several tooltips to make it easier to understand the game's various mechanics (thanks to Lûte the Goblin).
