As you've seen in a previous Community Post, the files for Backfire got corrupted and the most recent backup is incredibly outdated. Due to this, game updates are impossible for the foreseeable future.

I planned on continually updating Backfire and keeping things fresh, but now that it's impossible, I've decided to just remove the game from the storefront. It doesn't sit right with me letting it sit here without ever being updated, and becoming the big complex game I envisioned.

I apologize for anyone looking forward to more, but I have no choice but to end it here. I had a blast making it and hope if you bought it have just as much fun playing it.
