Yes, you get to pick at the start of each game.

You could in the original so I'm sure its still the same. Only your non class story choices carry over.

Oh so I can be a soldier in ME1 but suddenly be an Adept in ME2?

Excellent. Ty.

Correct. You can use your ME1 import to do multiple playthroughs with all the classes if you want. The story doesn't really care about what class you are.

Yup exactly.

Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.

I've never been able to use the Genesis DLC despite I've played all 3 games, and that is actually pretty surprising. Can't wait to suddenly get psychic powers halfway in the trilogy lol

I always found this curious but I always stuck with the same class in all 3 games personally.

Currently am a vanguard in legendary edition right now, but who knows maybe I'll go soldier or go invisible shepard for me2.

lucky mf, i gotta wait another 12 hours since it's still the 13th, nearly 10 pm

I stuck too but its nice the Option exists.

Vanguard was my original Shep. But I'm planning an Engineer playthrough on Legendary when its up for me tomorrow.

Never seen the point of going Engineer or Adept, I consider the best classes Sentinel and Vanguard. MAYBE Infiltrator but I never played it lol

Vanguard's where it's at.

Eh I've loved Sentinel. Can be a literal one-man army with Overload and Warp to counter any opposition.
