Any recommendations for "Quality of Life" mods in the game?

Does anyone recommend any good mods for these games whether it be bug fixes or just making missions more tolerable and spice up the game. I'm in a second play through and noticed how bare bones ME1 is in terms of quest markers.

I read the title, and thought it was a modder asking for suggestions on a mod to create. LOL

I've always wanted a mod for ME1 that allows you to see all the items you have, including which armors and guns all of your squadmates have, when you are at a store. I hate having to take 2 squadmates to the store, and then look to see if there is anything better for them. The only way around that is to keep a spreadsheet.

If anyone knows of such a mod, I would love to know what it is. Last time I checked Nexus, which was quite a while ago, I didn't see one like this. But, maybe I just didn't see it.

Lotta stuff here for the whole trilogy. I use it all as I really like the Vanilla+ approach. Plenty of QoL like the ME 1 planet markers on mako missions so you can easily find stuff.
