What is your favourite romance and why?

Hi everyone,
What is your favourite romance and why?

In my first ME LE run I had the following romances:
ME1: Ashley
ME2 & ME 3: Miranda

Ashley was a total idiot in my opinion so I instantly dropped her.
Miranda was a very interesting character. I´ve liked that you had to gain her trust first, because I think it is somehow realistic. Her backround story was also very interesting. But I was a bit dissapointed about the lack of her apperance in ME 3.

I guess for my second playthrough I will go with Tali or Liara because both of them seem to be very interesting characters.

Liara. Mainly because its the most fleshed out over all 3 games, especially in ME 3.
The game really wants to push that one.
Tali and Garrus are also nice and very popular but not as many scenes.

Shepard <3 & Tali, she's my main bosh'tet. Imagine having a girlfriend that will die if you'll breath on her... She's such an Experience. Must be Male Shepard tho, can't romance in ME1 either. just 2 & 3

Liara and Jack, especially Jack in 2 because if you're Paragon you can help her overcome some issues and it's really satisfying as opposed to giving into her pessimistic worldview.

Well I haven't actually started any romances yet, I think I'll just wait until 2 or 3 to decide.

Does planning gunnery chief Ashley Williams death count as a favorite romance option if so thats my favorite I always look forward to the moment I get to kill her off in ME1 I hate her racism in the game it always ticks me off the way she talks in regards to the other crew members in the game who aren't human. To top it off calling them aliens isn't accurate as the only planet we humans are native to is Earth as such when we aren't on Earth we're just as much a alien species as the other non human crew members are.

Liara for femshep and Tali for maleshep

The writers clearly put the most effort into Liara's story and character development compared to other squad members. I like her development from archeologist to powerful information broker. That said, romancing Samara is also an interesting choice because it differs a bit from the other options.

Yeah I noticed that too, she is very caring about shepard in ME 3. Found it a bit weird because in ME 2 she is like I have a job as a information broker now, sorry I cant help you (without the dlc)

I can feel you, I romanced her in ME 1 but the racism really annoyed me. And she wont get better in ME 2. I´ve just dropped out of the romance in ME 2.
I can always understand the guys who say we shoudnt share our best technology but she is a way over the top.

I like Ashley's way and I think she is the most beautiful.

For fShep Liara all the way, she's def canon. There is just so much good moments and chemistry with her that it just makes sense.
For broShep Miranda/Jack so no romance in ME1 unfortunately, but it's worth it. I'm just sad that they didn't flesh out them more.

Yeah for Femshep Liara is pretty much the canon. There is so much chemistry in those scenes.
Garrus is also a cool romance for Femshep but still no match for the Liara romance.
The rest of the Femshep romances are pretty garbage.

Idk about Garrus, he was always more like a brother to me so I couldn't romance him and now have 0 awareness about his LI content. Plus it was weird how he was unavailable in ME1 and than all of a sudden you can romance him thru 2&3, it just irks me.

My favorite romances happen in real life. I can not understand how people "enjoy" romance ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in video games. If you are that desperate for fake relationships read one of you grandmother romance novels

Liara or Miranda. Ashley has some weapons-grade bad takes and annoyances, especially in ME1.
