Unfathomably loud

I have this games audio set to its lowest setting and the windows volume mixer at almost 1/3rd of the default volume level. Its still ear bleedingly loud. I do have a bit of a roundabout sound mixing setup with multiple passthrough software. But most games and programs are fine to run at about half volume. This games volume level seems to be on or off. I cant be the only one with this issue.

Idk if you use Xbox game bar but it has audio settings for each program that's running. I use that to change the overall volume of games I play and it works great. Maybe give it a try?
