Stuttering fixed yet?
Any word on if Stellar are going to fix the random stuttering in Singleplayer? and any of the other bugs still present since launch.

Nup. My only suggestion is to disable cross-play when you're playing single player, because it seems to be part of the issue.

stuttering still there on my part - cant recommend anyone to buy the game - havent found a way to fix it and it not only impacts the amount of fun i have, but also how good you perform in the game

wonderful, I've never tried playing without crossplay, I'll see if that does anything just out of curiosity as I don't play much anymore.

Some PC builds for unknown reasons exhibit the stuttering that was related to a CPU core optimisation issue from the original 2010 game.

That implies you have the same PC build since 2010.
So you are so unlucky that 11 years later your current PC build still got the same issue? I've never had any stuttering in either version.

It's well documented, if you don't have the problem then that's great, no need for you to continue posting here :thumbalift:

Except... it doesn't. Because I have that issue. On both games. It's not an isolated issue.

Oh well. Not to be a pessimist, but you guys can move on. They will never patch it. Their main business with this game is the console versions. It's been half a year since this was released. They probably only have a couple of people checking on the online service from time to time and that's it. You can forget about it.

yeah I gotta say, I just think it runs bad on some hardware because it is an ea game. hardware power has nothing to do with it. maybe amd vs nvidia but I am not sure. I noticed that despite the ♥♥♥♥ optimization a R9 290x runs it very smooth while (with a old 4core 8 thread i7) and with a relativly new i7 and 3060ti it runs like ♥♥♥♥ compared to the much weaker computer. I don't know what they did to the game and I doubt the developers even know.

I did notice disabling v sync and borderless made it run better for me, but it is just not a well made game(as in well coded, the devs did a ♥♥♥♥ job in that regard).

I know about the CPU issues, I've already tried fixing them but it doesn't work on the remaster for me, it used to work for the old one but that's it. That's why I was asking if the devs had actually done their job and properly fixed the game yet but guess not.

Easy fix...
1 - Open Task Manger (Ctrl - Shift - Esc)
2 - Select NFS11Remastered.exe
3 - Right-Click & Select Go To Details
4 - Right-Click Highlight Process and Select "Set Affinity"
5 - Uncheck "CPU0"
6 - Exit Out Of Task Manager ---> Problem Solved!

By the way, this issue was also present in the 2010 version too!

you didn't read the previous comment literally right above yours did you? There are people who an't fix their stuttering via the CPU affinity trick. It worked for me on the original release but it doesn't change anything when doing the same trick for the remaster unfortunately. I stopped playing a long time ago anyway, too busy with other stuff. :)
