Successful turbos racer bounty milestone stuck on 50 (3/4)

in my rap sheet i want to get 20/20 racer milestones but the successful turbos wont go above 50 3/4, even though 4/4 is supposed to be 50, ive tried hitting more perfect turbos but nothing happens, any solutions? or should i just use a save editor or smth
