For those who have problems with this

Guys, yesterday i have contacted the EA support for this problem and a guy understood my problems and he said me to install C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 (i suggest you to install X86 and X64 of this) and he said to install DirectX End-User Runtime Web, which is indicated as dxwebsetup.exe once you installed it, and this worked for me. I suggest to check, if there are any updates to do, Windows Update.

Guys I'm in NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered driving a BMW M3 (E92) but I'm in most wanted mode and the series used is exotic series, do someone know what car is it?

I installed both, C++ 2015-2022 & Direct X Runtime. Also tried giving admin priviledges, reinstalling the game/EA app. Launching EA app first. Tried various windows compatibilty settings, deactivating the firewall etc...
Still having massive problems. Sometimes it suddenly works after constantly trying for 5-10Min.
