Change save game location?

Is there a way to change the save game location of NFS Hot Pursuit?
By default it's saved in the user profile's Documents folder, but I'd prefer to have it on my D:\.

My desktop is connected to a 4K ultrawide monitor and a 85" 4K TV. Sometimes I prefer to game on one or the other, but because of the different hardware characteristics I always need to change some settings. To avoid this I'd create 2 separate Windows users. But then I have to put the save games on a location that both can access, e.g. the D-drive.

That's not an option. My documents folder is already a redirect from a share on my NAS.

I'm thinking of making the Save subfolder in the game folder a junction to e.g. D:\Games\Savegames\Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

edit: just tried it using SysInternals junction. Apparently only works on NTFS file systems. The NAS is EXT4. Perhaps with another tool it's possible to create a similar redirection. Needs a bit more research :)
Still, hoping a simple option to tell the game where to create its save games would be less complicated...
