how do i get like the 930 911 and the contach and the 959 and ♥♥♥♥ do i unlock them at later levels or? because the 930s still locked after ive done like all of the performance car events for racer atleast

Just play the Porsche events and you'll unlock them as rewards.

You have to beat their selected events.

Porsche 911 Turbo - Previous Conviction(Racer) & Past Master(cop)
Porsche 959 - Fast Lane(Racer) & Turn it Up(Cop)
Porsche 911 Speedster - Barnstormer(Racer) & Marked Man(Cop)

Lamborghini Countach - Cannonball(Racer) & Out for the Count(Cop)

Beating those events will unlock those 4 cars.

Diablo, 911 GT2 RS, Gumbert Apollo, Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and Sesto Elemento are all unlocked by bounty.
