Audio Stuttering and Looping
On my low-end laptop, I am able to run the game smoothly on low settings. However, the audio keeps on stuttering and looping. Is there an exact solution to this alone? If not, is this a problem that happens with high-ends too? Or is it because my laptop is a low-end? And if it happens with high-ends as well, should I just refund?

I have a 570 8gb gpu and the audio still stutters sometimes. Audio stuttered on the original game too. It's not terrible but does happen on decent gaming PCs. The game will occasionally drop frames too. There's nothing you can do about it. It's the way the game is coded in the game engine. I don't think they had multi core CPUs in mind when the original game came out.

Most likely just your onboard sound for the laptop, try updating your sound drivers and see if that solves it, i'm a musician and have very high end sound and it runs perfectly so it could just be your system.

I checked and my sound driver is updated, I’m going to try and adjust my audio settings maybe

There's a high quality quality audio filter option in the audio options, maybe turning it off will help, idk.

It was already off when I checked and it didn’t work
The game it's bad optimized, so don't worry, isn't your PC at all. I have a low-end laptop too, and happens the same to me, plus the sky sometimes is black, like if the texture goes away or something.

Glad to know it isn't just me. So I guess it's only a low-end device things. I'll keep it for now and hop back on when I finish my build. Thanks

That gives me a pretty good basis of what's going on. Thanks a lot. You think I should hold on to it and hope it'll run well on my high end or I should refund it?

It's not game breaking or anything. It's just a little annoying. The game is one of the best racing arcade games of all time, some small annoyances are worth it, imo.
