Extra augment slot is bugged

I bought the 2 splices that give you an extra augmentation slot in legs and arms for 25,000. However, when I go over to the splice machine to have those slots filled up, they aren't showing up. I still only have two slots. The money I spent, however, is gone.

I tried reloading an earlier checkpoint, didn't work.

Forgot to close this thread. It isn't bugged. The upgrade is a neural splice. You equip the neural splice, and it unlocks two additional slots (one for each arm or leg).

Yeah, I figured it out eventually myself. It's just a poorly worded upgrade.
