Where do I change language?

I've gone through the whole options menu twice and I can't find it.

need this. german translation is kind of bad where its easier for me to read it in english
unless there is actually a setting called "Skin weight" with setting "1 bone" "2 bone"....
or "Resolution: Fullscreen, Border, win (as in winning), complete

1. SETTINGS - Second to last button
2. LANGUAGE - Second to last button (in the main cluster of buttons)
3. ENGLISH - Top option

Thanks for this... My game started in RUSSIAN, which I can not read...
Your help made it possible to change the language to English
