i don't think so, turbo overkill is like 5X times intense than dusk, enemies are largely faster, and dusk dude has limited movements, like johnny can, slow down time, dash, slide super fast, launch missiles with his arm, has a sniper that can teleport, dusk dude has nothing to survive this nightmare
