kinda like trying a new dish/meal/restaurant. you may spend the money and not finish because maybe you didn't like everything.
This happened to me with Dread Templar. Game got boring towards the end so I stopped playing it.
tbh it's weirder that people feel they have to finish games they don't like. when i talk with my gamer friends sometimes they'd say something like "I really want to play X but I have 20 more hours of Y"
bruh stop playing Y lmao. who's forcing you?
people should finish turbo overkill tho because it's a masterpiece.
try a different fov.. or maybe you can disable motion blur?
yeah when a game bores me I stop. I'll only come back if someone tells me there is something i should see to the end but usually it's not worth it so I move on.
Finally had a chance to re-try this again, and my issue has been fixed! Thank you so much!
It's not that they do not like them, most people buying games only play for a few hours a week. They usually do not have time to both try and finish the games they want.
You may tell me that the game looks and plays great. Well, the game looks and plays great at the beginning, just for a few missions.
The game varied quite a lot and felt fun to play for the very first few levels, then it really looks like they have run out of ideas.
Far in the game, levels are cheap and full of excuses to keep you in the same spot for long periods of time. They start spreading OP mobs just for the sake of making the game feel longer.
I have appreciated the game until around mid-game. I have suffered from mid-game til final boss, Syn, at max difficulty, and I'm deciding to just uninstall the game and never finish it due to how repetitive and boring this is.
I'm bored of spamming CTRL repeatedly and shooting the same stuff over and over again on empty arenas while dodging stupid rays for hours.
Edit: Game finished. Fun fact, it loads "Main Menu" forever when you finish it.
