Personally I have found:
L Shoulder: Grappling Hook
R Shoulder: Weapon Wheel
L Stick Button: Dash
R Stick Button: Chainsaw Slide
L Trigger: Alt Fire
R Trigger: Fire
A: Jump
B: Turbo Time
X: Micro Missiles
Y: Use and Alt Fire Toggle
to be the optimal bindings. Everything crucial is accessible without taking the thumbs off the sticks. Missiles and Turbo work just fine on the face buttons which are better than d-pad seeing as you can still move at least.
I tried to use joytokey to map missiles to the alt-fire trigger after it is held for 500 MS, but it doesn't work.
great to hear, thanks!!!
Happy to hear that. The game seems great from everything that I saw of it, but on the Steam Deck it does not work with a controller at all. Would be good if the Xbox controllers could follow after that. Thank you.
