Long as hell Loading Times
on a new save the loading time is pretty quick but on one that im 11 days into it takes 2-3 minutes. my game is on a SSD and my hardware is decent. why is this happening?

2-3 minutes? On SSD? Something really weird. I have not noticed loading time increase as days passing on, when it was 1 and now on 160-ish. The difference between SSD and HDD is really visible, and THAT really can take a 2nd minute.
Maybe you are almost out of free space there?
Maybe you could help and defragment disk with Defraggler (yes it optimizes SSD too, the win10 does that all the time when your PC is idle)?
Maybe a local file checking of Steam would help?

So far these are fastest things that comes to my head.

Define decent hardware ;-)
And please dont try defragmenting SSDs, they get damaged that way

At this point, I would not rule out a local issue with your machine effecting this game, perhaps there is nothing for devs to do to help your situation. Mine loads in seconds on SSD even though it is M.2 drive, I have not heard others having the same issue. Do other games load slower than usual? Did you try to reinstall chipset and/or sata drivers?

Win10 is optimising your SSD all the time PC is idle. So they are damaging SSD intentionally?

Nope it's just THIS specific game that does this to me

got about 40 hrs in and never had loading problems.

Nope it's just THIS specific game that does this to me
Since you are the only one i would say yes... its somehow on your system

My Day 46 save takes 30 seconds

If so this *was* happening to me too - try verifying game files. It was either verifying or a mini-update / hotfix that fixed it for me.

What capacity is your SSD?
How old is your SSD?
is this SSD system drive?
If you have connected HDD, have you tried to install there and how are loading times changed?

800gb, year old, Nope and I haven't tried running SOTF on my 4tb HDD yet but i will

I verified multiple times and uninstalled and re-installed it and i still got the same issue

once I eventually load in the game runs smooth and loading other saves go quickly its just the initial intro loading time
