Nope, just play however you like
No, you can use mods/cheats in Sons of the Forest. You will not get banned, just use it for yourself or together with friends to have like a creative mode going on.

I recently made a guide about console commands and such, completely safe.
Just, if you downloaded WeMod for example, close the whole application first before playing another game like CS:GO.

this is not a competitive game, and it doesn't have any kind of anticheat, so it won't give you any problems, just don't forget to let others who are playing with you know that you are using cheats

And do not play other multiplayer games when you haven't closed down your app completely.

You can revive by editing you save files whitout the need for cheats. Also dev console is not enabled so you cant type in commands as it is now. The point whit early access is to try the game and help the devs to find bugs and such. So by changing the very core of the game you are not really any help. And i see so many who complain when they themself have broken the game by glitches and abusing bugs.

I didn't use cheats, and the death of an important NPC in the game is a feature, not a bug. Is the developer interested in my opinion on this? He could have just made the option of irretrievably indestructible NPCs by analogy with indestructible buildings, and I wouldn't be here

If you'd like to report it, go to the pinned sections and explain it informative and detailed.
They are reading that and if you check the 'news' you see that they want you to post in those pinned threads.
