Standing torches bugged?

Has anyone been able to actually light a stick wrapped with cloth yet? I placed 3 stones around a standing stick which then was wrapped in cloth, that wouldn't light so I added to it the 3 prongs at the top and still nothing. Am I dumb or what is going on here boys

3. Cloth around the Stick
4. Put more sticks on the Stick
5. Look a little bit up with ur lighter in the hand
6. Ignite

I literally did all of this but maybe we didn't look up far enough...man trust when I say it was an embarrassing amount of time into trying to figure this out LOL

I had this exact same problem so it’s not just you. I wasn’t looking up high enough.

Every action, like this and chopping wood, has an incredibly small invisible target that you have to hit with a mouse with no cursor.

I'm not swimming in rags, so I've only placed a couple of wall torches in a couple of places where they were needed. No problems with those. As for sticking sticks in the ground... I think I did that about 200 times with my first stick. Then I broke it, then I didn't have a stick and had to find another. Then I found Kalvin, now he fetches sticks. Good Kalvin.

How do you put wall torches up? I actually haven't been able to do that...
