Yes. The main inconsistency is with button prompts. A lot of games (including Nioh 2) will show you the Playstation button prompts, but others you have to settle for XBox.
Do you typically run it on Bluetooth? The one thing I should add is that I typically use USB. I tested Bluetooth just now on 3 of my most recent games. It worked for Nioh 2 and Hollow Knight, but not Witcher 3.
