Scattered Fragments Twilight

I need to clear the scattered fragments twilight with the npc asisstance to unlock a side mission but its never up for rotation ive been checking for 2 months every day now wtf

you don't need to do it on the twilight version, you probably misunderstood that it's in the twilight REGION

It is in the Twilight region - the side mission where you fight the guy with the horned helmet (looks like a normal red NPC). When you kill him, he leaves a blue grave behind & you have to summon him and finish the mission with him.
