(Spoiler) Can anyone explain the dlcs story for me?
So yeah, we somehow travel back in time and meet some historical figures. In the end, we stabbed the horn and dissappeared (????). Then Otakemaru being good guy again and depart.

I don't get the story. Please explain it for me.

When we killed Nightmare Bringer at the end, Otakemaru, having realized that we are his sister's child, recognizes that the protag will succeed in bringing peace to humans and youkai.
His motive for being evil and wanting to destroy humanity was because he was discriminated against by humans, but he isn't actually purely evil, he just wanted the humans to see what it felt like for him. Us disappearing is just going back to our own time and presumably the interspecies war has ceased until you start NG+.

Umm... the thing is in real folklore Suzuka Gozen (hide's mother) isn't Otakemaru's sister. http://yokai.com/ootakemaru/
So they went with "Otakemaru turn evil. Suzuka cut his head and seal him. But Ashiya Dōman unseal him and be possessed by him. Then Dōman dead but Otakemaru got away. Suzuka and Saito dosan have Hide. Otakemaru found her and kill her."
All I said above is 1 part before you go back in time to vanquish him.

But we still killed him in original story so why we ever need to time travel and kill him again? Dont get this moment.

I think to stop him from ever causing the large scale species war we went back to the very beginning. When we killed him in the main story the damage was already done to Japan and by traveling back that might become undone.

Yep, this is a story of racism and discrimination, lol.

I mean you're not wrong, but yeah.

The whole debacle in first samurai was a giant misunderstanding to begin with. Some thief stole from the village he lived in, so he captured and killed the thief, who turned out to be some relative. He honestly thought he was doing the right thing but they went after him anyways.

Well, after rewatching the cutscenes, I think I can understand the plot now. The narrator in the opening of the game told the story about a young samurai who sealed Otakemaru using Sohayamaru then he's gone. With the DLC 3, we know that young samurai is our protagonist. We basically travel back in time, receive the Sohayamaru from our own mother, seal our uncle, then dissappear (go back to our time). That sword weilding by heroes who fight against yokai, passing by generations, until it comeback to our hand again in Nioh 2. lol,

Wait I haven't completed it yet, but thats why the humans started hating him? He killed a thief he caught?

Yep. There's audio snippets mentioning it, including him having his thoughts scattered all over the place, and how he doesn't understand humans at all, and likely never will.

I'm a bit unsure about the thief being related to one of the townspeople but it read as it was

Also why Abe no Seimei did not recognized us while training us in Dojo considering that we were in the past?

The Abe no Seimei you fought alongside in the past is dead, he sealed Tamamo no Mai and went into permanent sleep maintaining that seal. The one you encounter in the present is that clone/avatar he created.

But if I remembering it right he said that he transfered all his memories to avatar.

Reminder that most if not all the dojo masters are already dead. What you're seeing is their ghosts basically.
